What is a Pal?

A PAL is a Canadian issued 'Possession and Acquisition Licence' required to purchase and own firearms in Canada.

Air rifles with a velocity of over 500 fps are considered firearms in Canada and therefore the purchaser must have a valid PAL in order to purchase these models.
